Election day is Tuesday, November 6. Let our handy guide help you get out and exercise that ol' constitutional right to shape the government. Before we get started, it is worth noting that registration deadlines have passed in some states, but other states offer same-day registration. Check here for registration status and local registration rules.
The way we see it, there are 3 steps to participating in the midterms:
1) Prepare!
Explore your ballot, read up on issues, form opinions, and write your choices down. Do the hard work of dissecting the issues and candidates ahead of time, and bring your findings with you into the voting booth! Check out these resources:

2) Find your polling place!

3) Vote!
Go and participate. Matter of fact, why don't you take 5 of your close friends with you.
